Sven and Johnny were very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable of every aspect of our service call. They went above and beyond in explaining what they were doing, why it was being done. Sven explained the appliance registration process in depth. He also explained the different options we had according to our budget. Johnny made sure the toilets he removed and the new ones he installed were done so in a clean, professional manner. He was very honest and transparent through out the process. Sven was very informed on every level. Both men worked with honor and integrity.
